    At the direction of the Director of Transportation, the Transportation Supervisor supervises the assigned set of drivers, student assistants, and dispatchers at the assigned terminal. Assists with the evaluation and adjustment of routes, runs, and stops. Resolves issues related to field trips, routes, and terminal operations and escalate issues to the Director of Transportation as needed. In coordination with school principals and other staff, handles parental requests and complaints. At the discretion of the Director of Transportation, supervisors may be assigned additional supervision duties associated with one of the following areas or employee groups: Drug and alcohol testing, hiring and recruiting, training, routers, or special projects.
