    • The Akron School District is on a 4-day week, Monday-Thursday.  Our transportation fleet is up to date, and all our vehicles are housed inside.  We have an incredible team and are looking to add a new director!

    • This job is part-time approximately 25-30 hours/week, Monday-Thursday and some Fridays.
    • Salary is based upon experience.
    • Job includes a full benefit package with employee health insurance, paid personal time off days, and life insurance.
    • Responsibilities include:
      • Coordinating pupil transportation with administration, athletic director, drivers, and families.
      • Monitor bus routes and maintain data required for safe operation including route maps and maintenance requests.
      • Collect proper paperwork in regards to fuel, mileage, repairs, licensing, and annual inspections.
      • Supervise, train, and evaluate transportation staff as well as keep driver’s files.
