MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
*High School diploma or equivalent
*Copy of current Motor Vehicle Record 
*2 or more years’ experience in clerical or business office desired
*Must be computer literate to include MS Word, Outlook, Office 365 and Excel. 
*Ability to multitask 
*Possess filing and organizational skills and telephone etiquette
*Knowledge of the District work order system 
*Valid Colorado License 
*Possess effective basic mathematical skills required
*Knowledge of English, spelling, and grammar
*Bilingual desired
*Experience and/or skills working with culturally diverse populations desired

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
*Ensures all publics are treated with dignity and efficiency 
*Perform data entry
*Understands the use of technology in effective and efficient communications 
*Responsible for assisting with answering phones and radios
*Responsible for maintaining an organized process for accessing up-to-date information 
*Work effectively with a variety of individuals and build relationships with team to ensure a safe, orderly and productive environment.
*Assist department with projects
*Assist mechanics with parts pick-up 
*Perform other duties as assigned
