In accordance with the by-laws, notice is hereby given that the following by-law amendments are open for discussion until February 21, 2019. All comments will then be taken to the Board for review and consideration. A vote to approve CSPTA By-Laws will commence on March 4, 2019 and end on March 6, 2019.

  • Becka Sykes Article XII, Section 1, Subsection 2 - Appointed Committees, on the fifth paragraph. It should say "through out the year" instead of "thorough year."

    Board members are expected to have exemplary behavior TO BEHAVE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD

    Actions that might move members to dismiss one of their peers (EXAMPLES OF ACTIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN THE REMOVAL OF MEMBERS INCLUDES is unethical behavior such as misusing board funds, committing fraudulent activities, disclosing confidential information, sexual misconduct or advances, and unwilling or unable to attend or participate in meetings and events.

    This committee consists of Driver Trainers across the state. (NOT JUST DRIVER TRAINERS)
